In June 2011, Microsoft marketed Office 365 with an enormous strategic goal: equip companies of all sizes, in all sectors and in every geographic location with its online collaborative suite.
Over the past few years, the offer has grown at a torrid pace, focusing on functional expansion at the expense of a profound revolution in user habits and generally consistent interoperability. Though the solution has stabilized regarding new applications, it raises interest as well as issues of all kinds (apprehension, understanding and ownership). Equipping all or part of a digital environment with Microsoft solutions is nearly inevitable today, given the vendor’s tremendous influence. It is necessary to contend with such a universe.
This study provides an understanding of how to use Microsoft’s universe to bring about change.
